Open Question: Are any Quicken users unable to update their accounts over the web right now?

Quicken is telling me it is unable to verify financial institution information. After a bit of research I learned that Quicken checks with its servers to verify a bank has been paying to export the Quicken files (I'm using PC but Mac users are *really* screwed by this since banks need to pay more to allow the same file to be imported into Macs). Anyway, I've tried changing the information to look like a different bank and no luck- is there a problem with Quicken's servers right now? Does anyone know the response the program is looking for ? If so I will just set up my possess server and change the address in my Hosts file to receive around this.. Or, if you are able to update let me know that too :).

I was planning on building a website myself; so I've searched the net for a free web host, I found a few but none caught my interest, simply because I wanted my profile to be customizable. I want my possess domain name, we can do that, but somehow, there are two things... it's either, they put their ads in my site and domain name or they just give me a domain name with just a name (I want my possess FREE server). I also want to load my possess web templates, but they only allow users to use their templates and there are barely few templates and web embellishments/decorations. Open Question: I lost ability to connect to wireless hosts.Says my IP is manually configured and wont pick up a dns. Help!!?

I havent messed with any of the settings on my laptop, but every of a sudden my computer won't connect to the internet. It shows that I'm connected to a certain router but I can't access the web. When I checked the properties, it says the internet is configured manually and there is no default gateway or DNS or anything being picked up. Open Question: how to make users accept user agreement before allowing internet access?

I have a setup with linksys wrv200(using this for only wired connection no wireless) going to a gateway (zyxel vsg1000) that goes to a work group switch connecting to three access points. I use apache at the moment to host a user agreement web page. The gateway redirects a web page anytime a user gets on the wireless network. Once, the user accepts the agreement allows the users to use the internet. I have a problem that sometimes either my gateway or the apache goes down and the agreement doesn't show up which shuts the whole internet down. once i reboot the apache and the gateway it shows up. My question is that is there a way to do what i'm doing without a gateway? I am actually getting rid of the apache and using ubuntu to host the website.
